P120 CN III PRODUCT REVIEW THE SNAP JACK LIST PRICE: $49.95 Website: www.thesnapjack.com Standout Feature Making a tedious job… not so tedious. Rider Analysis This product annoys me. It should annoy you too. It annoys me like a rash that won't go away. The reason it annoys me is it represents a missed opportunity to solve a problem almost every rider has and make millions of dollars in the process. This problem has been staring me in the face ever since I got my first bike at three years old. The Snap Jack is so, so easy to use it's almost criminal. The best ideas are often the most simple. Stick the rubber mount under your swingarm, snap lock the jack and, voila! Bike is off the ground, wheel is cleaned, chain is lubed, puncture is fixed, whatever problem is solved. The Snap Jack is light, small enough and it can fit in most under seat storage areas, and comes with the front brake-locking piece of Velcro. Not everyone has a rear race stand; fewer have the talent of riding with one draped around their shoulder! If every rider doesn't have one of these things soon for future rides alongside a puncture repair kit, I'll be amazed. Man. I gotta do more thinking… The crew that makes The Snap Jack have four different mounts that will work with various swingarms, and they have just perfected a front wheel Snap Jack as well, which will be on sale soon. Rennie Scaysbrook This ingenious little product is called The Snap Jack. Made from high-strength, low alloy steel, it's a simple solution to problems many riders have been dealing with for years like oiling your chain, cleaning the rear wheel, fixing a puncture, checking wheel bearings, etc. The Snap Jack locked in place under the swingarm will lift your bike off the ground half an inch to allow the rear wheel to spin freely. It also comes with a Velcro strap so you can lock your front brake on to stop your bike from rolling away with the rear wheel in the air. The Snap Jack comes with four pre- drilled holes so it will fit anything from an adventure bike to a 250cc learner sportbike. Very smart indeed.
