standably, he began to drop
back, coming under attack from
an on-form Bradley Smith on the
Monster Yamaha. At the same
time, Marquez was catching fast
again from behind.
This was more effective than
any of the Clinica Mobile's
exotic treatments. Smith was a
close spectator of a furious fight
between the pair that continued
to the flag. Marquez made it by
less than half a second.
Lorenzo's win was sealed in
the second corner. Marquez had
been punted wide by Iannone in
the first, but came back under
the Yamaha into the sharp left.
