thing around. To try to win on
that thing is going to be tough,
there are a lot more guys who
have a lot more laps and expe-
rience there than I do. I'd be
ecstatic to put the thing in the
Main event."
When asked about the chance
to also race against road racing
great Troy Bayliss at Springfield,
Eslick joked, "Troy who?" before
adding, "I think that's going to be
neat. Everybody thinks the track
will suit him and obviously he's
a great champion and has been
playing with flat track for quite a
while. I think he's going to have
an eye-opening experience
whenever he goes out for the
first lap of practice at the Spring-
field Mile."
As for the X-Games, this won't
be Eslick's first appearance. He
previously raced Supermoto in
the competition.

W
eston Peick has found a
home at the AutoTrader.
com/Toyota/Yamaha Team, at
least for a while.
Peick, who joined the team
at the end of 2014, has im-
pressed his new team so much
in just the few months that he
has been there that they want
to keep him around for at least
another year, so they
extended his contract
through 2016.
Team manager
Jeremy Albrecht said
they are happy with
his riding, dedica-
tion and discipline
and want to have him
around for a while.
So does team owner,
Coy Gibbs.
"Weston has been
a fantastic addition
to our program, he is
enjoying his success
and he just seems to
keep improving," said
Gibbs. "We are thrilled
to have reached an
agreement to have him
with us through the 2016 racing
season."
"I have really clicked with the
Yamaha YZ450F and the guys
at both Yamaha and JGR" said
Peick. "All of my hard work is
really paying off and I'm stoked
to know that we will be working
together through next year."
Peick reassured the team of
its commitment to him by nearly
getting on the podium at the
opening round of the Lucas Oil
AMA Pro Motocross Champion-
ship at Hangtown, May 16. He
did, however, visit the podium
for a moment after finishing third
in the second moto, passing
teammate Justin Barcia along
the way.
Weston Peick isn't
leaving the JGRMX

anytime soon.
