"A pretty tough race," said 2006 World Champion Hayden. "My start was bad, but after I felt comfortable and I was able to climb several positions. I felt faster than the guys I was with, but I couldn't get away. Later in the race I was more confident, and I even got up to 12th on the last lap. But in the last corner I braked too late and ran wide. It's frustrating." Rossi's strength and Mar- quez's mistake have made for a Crutchlow's teammate Jack Miller (43) topped the battle in the Open Class.
