Yonny Hernandez was an early
candidate for save of the year when
his Ducati caught fire during the
Argentine MotoGP at the circuit
Termas de Rio Hondo. The Columbian
was oblivious to the chaos raging
beneath him for the proceeding three
corners until his rear tire exploded,
along with most of the back end of his
machine. Not surprisingly, he exited
stage left—and fast!
