rally, which will be the first time
they've had a Supermoto race
during the rally. It will be in the
city park. Then we're going to do
our race in September like we
have the last two years on Main
Street in downtown.
Is it true that the City of
Sturgis actually came to you
to put on a race?
Yeah. The people in Sturgis
are motorcycle people, obvious-
ly. They realize that 75 years ago
when the rally started, it started
around motorcycle racing. That's
what brought the people to it.
So they're really trying to bring
racing back into the town and in
my opinion, they've been pretty
successful doing so.
Talk about this weekend;
what is the course going to
be like?
The first round, it's at a go-kart
track and it's your typical Super-
moto course. That's one of the
cooler things about the series.
We have a lot of different cours-
es. In my opinion, that's the best
thing about Supermoto. You can
just put a track wherever you
want to.
