tur could be made into a larger
capacity model, as well.
What other significant new
models are you planning for
Hero in the next 12 months?
We have a range of scooters
that are currently in develop-
ment, because as you know
scooters are growing much
faster than motorcycles in India
right now. But we currently have
only two models, one of which
we cannot export from India un-
der our agreement with Honda.
It's one of the products we got
from them during the transition
period, which have a restriction
that they're only for the Indian
market. But the Indian market
is going so fast, we do need a full
range of scooters, which is currently
in development.
How are you planning to ex-
pand your sales operation, and
when will you start selling Hero
models in Europe, or the USA, or
Australia?
Going from those four countries
we spoke about before, we are right
now in 22 countries outside India
already. And next we want to go into
Africa, into more countries in South
America and Central America, and
also Turkey and Brazil. The plan we
