I wasn't very good around the first lap, 10th or worse than that. I just put in a super hard charge. I knew it was going to be hard to catch those guys but I did it. I was charg- ing the whole time and caught them with about three laps to go, made a clean pass and just checked out. It was good." "It's pretty tough to pass out there," added Forkner. "There's a lot of different lines but just ev- erybody's going real fast in this B class. It was pretty tough but once I caught them I knew that I just had to be patient. I was in third and the two leaders made a mistake so I just went around (Top right) Joey Crown, having just moved up from the minicycle ranks, won a knock-down drag-out battle with Austin Forkner on the big bikes, making a last-lap pass on the Kawasaki rider to win the Schoolboy 2 (13-16) class. (Left) Daniel Baker was one of the top riders in the A classes, taking the win in the 250 A/Pro Sport class, but he dropped out of the 450 A/Pro Sport class. (Right) KTM Orange Brigade's Matthew Leblanc took two championships, capturing the 65 (10-11) and 65 (7-11) Open titles.
