If Lewis suddenly rises up this
season and is able to run with his
teammate and the two Yamaha factory
riders, it won't be a complete surprise.
Lewis was pegged by the AMA as one
of the sport's future stars when he was
named AMA Road Race Horizon Award
winner in 2011. He then transitioned
seamlessly into a professional career
that included winning the AMA SuperS-
