SUPERCROSS MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS SERIES, AN FIM WORLD ROUND 9 / FEBRUARY 27, 2015 GEORGIA DOME / ATLANTA, GEORGIA P80 250 MAIN EARLY RACE FRENZY Going into just the third round of the 250 East Series, all the talk centered on opening-round winner Marvin Musquin, last week's winner Jeremy Martin and defending class champion Justin Bogle, many feeling now that one of these three will, in the end, take the East title. And when all three got out front early, it certainly got the near-capacity crowd on its feet. When the board went side- ways for the main, it was Mus- quin who claimed the holeshot, but not far behind him was Martin, on the Star Racing Ya- maha, and Bogle, on the GEICO Honda. In between were Mon- ster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawa- saki's Arnaud Tonus and James Decotis on the privateer River- side Harley-Davidson-backed Honda. It would take a few laps before both Martin and Bogle would get by those two, setting the stage for a Musquin/Martin/ Bogle showdown. However, Musquin took con- trol of this one and that show- down never really materialized. He never let anyone get close enough to really challenge him for the lead. The French rider Broc Tickle had a strong race, finishing fourth for his best finish of the year.
