The Movistar Yamaha duo of Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo felt the test ended on a positive note. For Rossi, his 1:59.4 was a personal record at Sepang. And although ending the day in fourth, Lorenzo was encouraged by his race sim- ulation. The top finishing Open Class rider was once again, Forward Racing Yamaha's Stefan Bradl in ninth.
