VOL. 52 ISSUE 5 FEBRUARY 3, 2015 P43
For 2015, the KTM 250 SX-F received
many of the updates from the 2014
450 SX-F Factory Edition. It is no
longer the heaviest bike of the six.
The CRF250R Honda took on a few important changes, like getting air
forks, a bigger front brake and a handlebar-mounted engine-mode selector.
It's still the lightest bike in its
class, but what the bike really
needs is more power.
Yamaha is pretty much resting on its
laurels this year. After getting a complete
overahaul in 2014 and shooting straight
to the front of the pack, our reigning
250F shootout champion received minor
changes for 2015.
The Kawasaki KX250F took on a
fair amount of changes for 2015,
including getting a new bridge-
box piston, updated exhaust and a
larger front disc brake.
