colm; I really felt like I could run
his pace. Around lap 12, I kind
of got a little flustered. I made
some mistakes after it sunk in
a little bit. Like, 'I'm in second,
I've been in second for a long
time.' I pretty much just rode my
own race. I think that's how you
can sum it up. Just solid laps, hit
my marks, and ended up with a
podium. Can't be happier."
WAR OF WORDS
Bowers held on to finish fourth,
and took offense to how Webb
talked about him on the podium,
Tweeting later that night: "But kid
@miniloop175 you aren't gonna
talk about me likethat on the po-
dium... Better keep going fast...
Better run like a scared dog."
Fifth went to Bell, who fin-
ished just ahead of his Rockstar
teammate Zach Osborne.
With four rounds in the books,
Webb sits atop the West Re-
gional 250 SX standings with
86 points, compared to 78 for
Bowers and 71 for Lucas Oil/
TLD KTM's Jessy Nelson. CN
