led three laps of the 20-lap main
after passing holeshotter Andrew
Short, and ran a solid second
before running off the track and
giving the position up to Dungey.
Eventually, Reed settled for
third, but was convinced his was
second best on the night.
"It's nice to be disappointed in
a third," said Reed. "I think we

started gapping Dungey a little
bit and actually catching Trey.
So I was excited and just made
Zach Bell (44) got off to
a fast start in the 250

(31), who finished on the
podium for the first time
of his career.
