"This is what I came here for,"
said a delighted Mees as he
walked back to the pits. "I had a
few issues in the heat races and
some results that didn't go my
way, especially in the Americana
event when I had a faulty rear
tire. In the final I didn't get the
best start, so I just tried to put
in some consistent laps, reel in
the leader, and once I was clear
put some fast laps down so he
couldn't catch me. I've had a
