"Husqvarna, this is, I think,
their first podium ever in the 450
class," Anderson said. "So for
me to do that and pull it off like
that, it's crazy. I signed with Hus-
ky—I wouldn't say it was a risk,
because I rode the bike and I'm
really confident in it and I feel real
good on it—but it's cool to show
the public that it can compete at
the top level of the sport."
Anderson has no disillusions
that it's a longer season and
there's no need to get ahead of
yourself in the early stages. But
as for the jump to the big class,
Anderson's actions reflected his
feelings.
