Then, there was learning how to train. Roczen
needed more intensity in his training regimen, which
was what DeCoster was insisting that he tackle in
the disagreements he had with Roczen's father.
"It's not this long-distance, low-heart-rate kind of
stuff," Roczen said. "You can't sleep the first lap.

be on it right away, which I got way better at."
