But it wasn't all lamentations from
Taddy as he was gracious in congratu-
lating Webb on his deserving champi-
onship, and happy to end the season
on a high note—especially since it may
have been the last AMA EnduroCross
race of his career.
"I think I rode really good tonight. I
had Colton behind me and he was go-
ing absolutely over his head because
we were fighting for the championship.
As soon as I saw him, I pulled away like
two seconds, straight away. My skill is
there, the riding was there, the consis-
tency was there, the start was there,
what else? It was a perfect night. If I
get the start, I know how to do it."
As for whether or not he returns in
2015, Blazusiak left it open-ended,
commenting, "I don't know if I'm back
here or not. Maybe I am, maybe I'm
not. We don't know yet. We're going to
have that meeting with the team right
after SuperEnduro and we're going to
figure out what we're doing next year."

Although deals haven't been settled,
we are likely to see some big changes
next season. Newly crowned champi-
on Cody Webb has already announced
he is heading to the FMF/RPM KTM
team in 2015, which means the num-
ber-one plate will once again reside on
a KTM next season.

number-one
plate.
(Below) Webb
(2) also won
his heat
race, giving
him another
valuable point
towards the
title.
(Above) The Women's class had an epic
final. Sandra Gomez and Shelby Turner
were battling for the lead on the last lap
when this happened. Lexi Pechout passed
them both and won the race and title.
