VOL. 51 ISSUE 45 NOVEMBER 11, 2014 P69
Bobbitt spent most of this rac-
ing season off the bike, mend-
ing from an early season knee
injury, but he was back at it and
on a mission at the Moose Run,
wearing the series number-one
plate he earned last season. Us-
ing an out-of-sync refueling strat-
egy, Bobbitt managed to gap the
group early and run just out of
their reach, finishing two minutes
ahead of the 2014 OMA Cham-
pion and Moose Run veteran,
Paul Whibley, on the Monster En-
ergy AmPro Yamaha/Kenda/G2
YZ450F.
Nick Fahringer, on the ARR
FMF/Moose Racing/Kenda
Husqvarna TE300, followed
Whibley across the finish line to
round out the Pro-class podium.
Jimmy Jarrett, on the Point
View/Moose Racing/Smith
KTM, finished just off the po-
dium after winning his battle with
Adam Bonneur, on the Wood-
stock KTM/Fly Racing/Maxxis
machine, while Jason Thomas
(Dirtwise KTM/KLIM/Maxxis) fin-
ished out the Pro 1 class.
