Shirey got his redemption on
Sunday, as the 16-year-old rode
his Maxxis Yamaha YZ125 to the
overall win in the Expert race.
Shirey went toe-to-toe with the
Heavyweights, and was able to
power his 125cc two-stroke to
the overall win.
"I feel way better today now,"
Shirey said. "I went home and sat
in the jacuzzi and let my leg sit in
