VOL. 51 ISSUE 34 AUGUST 26, 2014 P23 on an RCH Suzuki next year, but there has been no confirmation whatsoever from the team. Rumors have it that Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Dean Wilson will move over to the Red Bull KTM squad to be Ryan Dungey's teammate in the 450 class, and that Justin Hill (also currently on the Pro Circuit team) will also move over to Red Bull KTM as Marvin Musquin's new teammate in the 250 class. In May, the Rockstar Energy team announced it was going to switch to Husqvarna motorcycles for 2015 and had already signed 2014 West 250 Super- cross Champion Jason Anderson. The team will have two more riders on the squad and one of them is ru- mored to be Zach Osborne, who is currently on the GEICO Honda squad. "We've got Jason Anderson coming back, but we aren't able to announce the rest of the team just yet," said Rockstar team manager Dave Gowen. And what about newly crowned 250 outdoor moto- cross champion Jeremy Martin? He's staying put with his current Yamahalube/Star Racing Yamaha Team. "Jeremy and Cooper Webb are going to be with us at least two more years," said Regan. "We also have Anthony Rodriquez coming back; he's been hurt. We also have an amateur guy, Aaron Plessinger, coming in, so he'll be our fourth guy on the team." Blake Baggett, second in this year's 250 outdoor championship, is rumored to be leaving the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki Team, but where he will land is still a mystery. The injured Adam Cian- ciarulo has a multi-year contract with the Pro Circuit Team and will be back, as will, everyone assumes, pro rookie Chris Alldredge. The future of the team's other two riders—Martin Davalos and Darryn Dur- ham—is still unknown. Muscle Milk Honda has already announced that Trey Canard has re-signed with the team. We expect that he will have a new 450 teammate, but Honda has been quiet about who that rider might be. Yoshimura Suzuki's lone rider James Stewart is ex- pected to be back with the team next year. Shan Moore Briefly... Halbert Still Injured Flat tracker Sammy Halbert didn't make the trip to Virginia for the Mega Mile on Saturday, the Washingtonian still suffering from an injury to his left leg suffered in his crash at the Peoria TT. Halbert is hoping to return to the AMA Grand National Champion- ship for this weekend's Springfield Mile. Uribe To French Moto3 SpeedMob-sponsored British Superbike Se- ries Moto 3 rider Jay- son Uribe will make his French Moto 3 de- but at the Carole cir- cuit near Paris, August 30-31. The 15-year-old American has already achieved four podium finishes out of seven races and has not fin- ished lower than fifth. Scoring championship points in every race he has started in 2014, Uribe is currently third in the series standings. Penton Movie Set For New York Screening In its first official film fes- tival appearance, "PEN- TON: The John Penton Story" (TJPS) has been named an official selec- tion to be screened at the Motorcycle Film Festival (MFF) in New York City that takes place September 24-27. While the film's produc- ers don't know if it has won any awards yet, they are just happy to make the selection and have the film screened as the last film of the festival on Saturday night in Brooklyn at The Gutter Theatre. Ducati Revs America Ducati and Jason Prid- more's STAR School have announced "Duca- ti Revs America" - a pre- mium two-day track ex- perience to be held at the Circuit of The Ameri- cas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, September 29- 30.
