just really couldn't hook it up any-
where. Rather than put it in the
gravel I just tried to bring it home."
Mistake aside, it was still a bet-
ter result than McWilliams' crash
the year before.
"Still great race; I just was a
lap out," McWilliams said. "Even
with my experience I'm still mak-
ing stupid mistakes like that. You
kick yourself a little bit about it
because a podium was definitely
in the cards even with the tire. I'm
happy that at least we finished
the race this year rather than
crash like I did last year."
Chilli Pepper Racing's Schultz
was sixth, followed by Nick Han-
sen on the Aerostar Global Sub-
urban Motors Harley-Davidson.
And rounding out the top 10 was
Estok, Josh Chisum and Brice
Cooper on another Suburban

Although Wyman had a better
shot at race two with the restart
moving him up to the second
row, he ended up outside the po-
dium this time in fifth.
Race-one winner McWilliams
had set himself up for a sure po-
dium, but unfortunately was one
lap early in his planning.
"Basically, I just messed it up,"
McWilliams said. "I put myself in
the right position, but I couldn't
see my board. When the white
flag came out I was expecting the
checkered flag. So I made a big
push and I thought that was it,
but quickly realized there was an-
