GIVI's HPS lineup of helmets now includes two
DOT-approved helmets: the Tourer and the Ex-
plorer. Both helmets are fully vented and feature
detachable chin guards that can transform them
into open-face lids. The Tourer has a removable
peak, and the Explorer comes standard with two
different chin guards that can be swapped ac-
cording to the riding conditions (the Winter chin
guard for colder and rainy days, and the Summer
chin guard
that has
large ventila-
tion intakes).

RS Taichi has updated its GP-EVO Track Gloves,
which are the same gloves worn by pro riders Kev-
in Schwantz, Josh Hayes and Dane Westby. The
EVO is made from premium-grade cowhide and
has anatomically pre-curved kangaroo-skin palms
and external finger seams. An internal Aramid knit
increases abrasion and tear resistance, while per-
forated leather in the gussets between the fingers
provide ventilation. The revised Knox Scaphoid
Protection System palm sliders have more cover-
age area but a lower profile.
