OFF ROAD
ROUND 7/AUGUST 3, 2014
STRADDLELINE ORV/MCCEARY, WASHINGTON
P90
ROCKY MOUNTAIN MC WORLD OFF-ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP
SERIES, PRESENTED BY MOTOWORKS AND DIRT BIKE
not only the win but third overall
as well.
"I was trying to ride too hard
early on, and you can't do that
here at this track," said Coy. "You
just to have ride smooth and
smart and just get a flow going,
and I figured it out eventually. I
just started inching in and mov-
ing my way up. This course is
great, and I loved the trees and
the roots."
Morgan held on to claim the
second spot on the box ahead of
RPM/KTM's Justin Wallis.
In the Pro 2 Lites class, Ya-
maha/Verasty's Michael Del
Fante claimed his third straight
win, but it didn't come easy with
Zachary Burrell closing the gap
on Del Fante in the final laps, but
Del Fante was up to the challenge
as he held on for the win, which
now has him within two points of
clinching the class championship.
Washington's Zachary Burrell
and Robby Segrest rounded out
the Pro 2 Lites Podium. CN
