season," Ducati said in a release
issued on Saturday morning.
Ducati also announced that its
two factory riders for 2015 will
be Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea
Iannone, giving Ducati an all-Ital-
ian (and all-Andrea) team for next
year.
It was only two weeks ago
that the 29-year-old Crutchlow
told Ducatisti at the World Ducati
event that he would be staying for
a second year on the Marlboro-
backed team. Meanwhile, his
manager Bobby Moore was ne-
gotiating with Ducati to get him
out of the deal so he could join
the LCR Honda team, a move
that will see him aboard the
Honda currently being ridden by
Bradl. Though Crutchlow missed
the July 31 deadline set for him
to make his decision, Ducati ap-
parently allowed him more time to
make the LCR deal.
"We want to thank Cal for his
trust in our 2015 racing project
and we are excited to line up with
new team colors thanks to the
cooperation with CWM [LCR's
new British sponsor for 2015],"
said team owner Lucio Cecchi-
nello. "In the meantime we will
keep working hard to end the
current season in the best way."
Crutchlow has had a miserable
year on the factory Ducati, the
Brit currently sitting 14th in the
MotoGP World Championship
after numerous crashes and me-
chanical failures.

Staying at Ducati, not staying at
Ducati: Cal Crutchlow is definitely
leaving the Italian brand after the
first year of his two-year contract.

I
t's not often you get motocrossers
Ryan Dungey and Ken Roczen to
cut loose in the sand dunes, but
Fox was able to do just that in this
