rider was excited to be on the podium
and happy with his performance.
"It feels good to get second again,"
said Musquin. "My first moto was my
best moto of the year and I pushed
pretty hard, but I was tired and I knew the second moto was
going to be tough," said Musquin. "I was a little bit bummed
I got fourth, I was running third when [Jason] Anderson got
me."
Musquin got hung up with Martin behind Savatgy early in
the second moto, and Webb was able to pass both riders
while Savatgy had them occupied.
"I'm feeling better each race and soon I hope I can win a
moto," said Musquin.
WEBB CRUISES
Cooper Webb moved ahead of Baggett for second overall
in the series standings after Millville. The Yamalube/Star
Racing Yamaha rider went 9-1 for third overall, and said he
felt he could have won the first moto if he had gotten a bet-
ter start.
(Above) Trey Canard
was again fast but
4-3 moto finishes
didn't add up to a
visit to the podium.
