VOL. 51 ISSUE 27 JULY 8, 2014 P43 T he Italian manufacturer Beta introduced its line of 2015 off-road and dual sport models, and the big news is its revamped line of four-strokes, with new engine displacement and fuel-injection for the RR 350 EFI. The remaining four-strokes are still carbureted. 2015 Beta RR 350 EFI The Beta RR 350 EFI is the com- pany's first fuel-injected off-roader. It is basically an all-new motor, as are the motors in the rest of Beta's four-stroke line. They are lighter than the previous motors and are offered in new displacements. Beside the RR 350, there is now the RR 390, RR 430 and RR480 models, and they are all carbureted. They all feature updated 48mm Sachs forks and revised shock settings. Beta has also expanded its dual sport line to three models: RS 390, RS 430 and RS 500, and they all feature the Trail Tech Voyager GPS as standard equipment. Beta says that the list of changes between the RS and RR models "is very short."
