good.
"I was fourth going into the last
test and that test was pretty tight
and rooty and I got hung up with
some lappers and stalled my bike
and didn't have the best test, and
that allowed Grant Baylor to get
me for fourth. I guess it's good
that I'm complaining about a
fifth."
Lafferty, who has been riding
a 350 all season, rode Mullins'
450 GNCC bike in Michigan,
and after starting off the day in
the top three, ended the day in
sixth overall.
Beta USA's Cory Buttrick fin-
ished seventh, just ahead of Gro-
emm.
Virginia's Paddy Holloway
cracked the top 10 for the sec-
ond race in a row by grabbing
a ninth place finish. Meanwhile,
AirGroup Racing's Ryder Lafferty
rounded out the top 10, finishing
22 seconds behind Holloway.
Craig DeLong, Andrew's broth-
er, is starting to stamp his name
on the Rekluse AA-Expert-class
Championship, the Husqvarna
rider grabbing his fourth win of
the series. DeLong topped Drew
Higgins by one-minute-and-44
seconds. With Thom Devlin fin-
ishing third another two-and-a-
half minutes back. CN
