Moto two saw Martin back in eighth at the end of lap one, although the Yamaha rider was able to move up to sixth by the midway point of the race. Martin started off the season winning five straight motos, but he has gone 6-2-6 ever since. "I made some mistakes this weekend and I know what I did wrong, so there's no sense of panic," said Martin. "We just have to move forward and keep on working. If you look at Baggett's performance from Daytona, he was right there and super-solid. I expected that at the start of the season and it wasn't there, but he's come on strong in the last two races. After a good battle with Pourcel, Ander- son was finally able to take sec- ond from the Yamaha rider and finished the day in third overall with a 7-2 tally. "I thought I would be up there a little bit quicker, and have a little bit better start to the season, but I think I'll just get better as the sea- son goes on, especially with this break coming up this next week- end," said Anderson. "I've had a lot of small issues I've had to deal with, but as long as I can stay healthy I think I'll just keep getting better and better." Anderson said he's had to deal with some adversity over the past few months. "I got my wisdom teeth pulled, and then broke my Jeremy Martin leads Christophe Pourcel (377) and Baggett (4) en route to a second-place overall finish in the 250 class.
