snatching the championship lead
from Honda's Paolo Goncavles.
"It was not a perfect rally," the
KTM 450 EXC-mounted Coma
said. "But we are concentrating
on the World Championship title
and I am happy to now be in the
points lead before going to the
next round in Brazil at the end of
August. I had a good feeling this
week and the bike was fantastic."
Third overall went to Gas-Gas'
Gerrard Farres, with Goncalves
finishing fourth.

Speedway Academy will be
at the Industry Hills Expo Center
in the City of Industry, California
this Saturday and Sunday, June
21-22. Here is your chance to get
professional training from Hamill
and the sport's young stars Max
Ruml, Dillon Ruml and Austin
Novratil.
Things get underway on Satur-
day with Mini 150cc training from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for riders ages
8 to 15 years. Previous motorcy-
cle experience, helmet and rid-
ing gear are required. A 150cc,
14 horsepower bike is provided
along with boots and steel shoe
for only $50.
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sat-
urday, adults will take the track
with 500cc bikes provided along
with boots and steel shoe for
only $200. Riders provide their
own helmet and riding gear.
On Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4
p.m. more experienced riders
with their own bikes and riding
gear will receive advanced riding
instruction. This class is limited to
six riders and the cost is $250.
