Even though he finished a spot down in fourth in the sec- ond moto, he might have ridden even better than he did in the first moto. He rounded the first lap in 13th but eventually worked his way into fifth, passing riders like Josh Grant, Andrew Short, Jake Weimer, Malcolm Stewart and Brett Metcalfe along the way.
