LUCAS OIL AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP The second round of the outdoor Nationals definitely had a bit of that déjà vu feeling with Red Bull KTM pilots Ryan Dungey and Ken Roczen battling up front for the 450-class win, and Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha's Jeremy Martin again running away with impres- sive wins in both 250 motos, with teammate Cooper Webb chas- VOL. 51 ISSUE 22 JUNE 3, 2014 P55 Briefly... GEICO Honda's Justin Bogle had a shot of breaking up the Yamaha freight train. The 2014 East Super- cross Champion got off to a strong start in the first 250 moto and fin- ished third to Martin and Webb, and he was again running third early in the second moto and had an eye on a podium finish until a big swap on one of the most treacherous spots on the track resulted in him and his Honda cartwheeling down one of the track's fastest sections. My bike was pretty tweaked up and I wasn't in the best area to get back up and get going. I tried to get back up and ride, but I pulled off the track and decided to call it." It wasn't a good day for another Hon- da rider Cole Seely. After getting off to a great start to the series with a third overall at Glen Helen, the Lucas Oil/Troy Lee Designs/Honda Team rider was forced to pull off in the first moto, when a close encounter with another rider damaged his bike's ra- diator. In the second moto, he was working his way up from a 16 th -place start and had just taken over sixth when he suddenly became a victim continued on next page
