The sudden departure of points
leader Martin Davalos from the
East Regional 250 Supercross
Series, has given Justin Bogle
a golden opportunity to win the
250 East title. Davalos held an
eight-point lead in the series
standings heading into the New
Jersey race, but a practice crash
on the Tuesday before the race at
Milestone Raceway in California
left the Monster Energy/Pro Cir-
cuit Kawasaki rider with a broken
ankle, forcing him to abandon the
title chase.
Davalos' teammates, Adam
Cianciarulo and Blake Baggett,
were also sitting out the race due
to injury, leaving Bogle sitting in
a good spot. In fact, the entire
Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Ka-
wasaki team skipped the race,
and Bogle took full advantage of
