The MS5650 Scan Tool is a universal tool covering
diagnostic functions and communication protocols
for most of the major motorcycle manufacturers. It
allows technicians at service shops or dealerships
to perform a variety of factory-service procedures,
such as reset the service light, unlock the immobiliz-
er, make injection adjustments, adjust throttle-valve-
position sensor, make idle adjustments, and more.
