After his quick start in test one, which
he won, Groemm lost valuable time due
to falls in most of the rest of the tests and
ended up just off the podium in fourth.
"I think I fell at least two or three times
in every test but one," said Groemm.
"I was solid in the first test, but I had a
couple of big get-offs after that. I know
I have the speed, I just need to stay off
the ground."
FMF/KTM's Steward Baylor looked
good in the final test, turning the fourth-
fastest time but was seventh in the three
previous tests, which left him in fifth at
the end of the day.
Husqvarna Factory Racing's Andrew
DeLong was in the mix early but a fall
in test five took all the momentum out of
him, and he finished up with a sixth.
"It's definitely not the result we were
hoping for," Andrew said. "I was feeling
really solid today and my FE 350 is run-
