"Another time around and it
might have been a different sto-
ry," Bogle said. "I messed up
in the whoops the first time but
just kept charging. I had another
chance at the end but ran out of
real estate."
For Davalos, however, the start
was the key.
"I got such a good start and
Justin was riding a great race, but
I was able to ride my own race
and concentrate on my lines,"
said Davalos. "I'm glad to come
out with a win and I'm so happy
with it."
Bogle moved into second
place in the 250 East Champion-
ship hunt with his performance,
marking the third straight race
and the fifth time overall that he
has reached the podium.
"I'm right where I need to be
with my riding," Bogle said. "I
