NEW HOREX
"LIMITED"
H
orex presented its new VR6
Café Racer 33 Limited at
the Motorräder show in Dort-
mund/Germany this past week-
end. Only 33 of the VR6s will be
built at a cost of 33,333 Euros
($46,242). The new Limited is
the third variation of the Horex
VR6 streetbike, joining the
Roadster and Classics that were
introduced last year.
The Limited features an Öh-
lins FGRT fork and TTX36 rear
shock, special Kineo-spoke
wheels, LSL-clip-ons and rear-
set footpegs, a steering-damper,
a different and more sporty seat
with a special passenger back
seat cover, a rounded headlamp
and a new aluminum cover for
the radiator. The color is called,
"brownish silver."
The six-cylinder produces a
claimed 126 horsepower and is
housed in an aluminum chassis.
The latest creation was built in
conjunction with the renowned
German accessory specialist
company LSL.

he final pre-season test for the
MotoGP World Championship
ended on Sunday in Qatar and
it was both a good and bad day
to be named Espargaro. Good if
you are older brother, Aleix. Not
so good if you're the younger
brother, Pol.
Aleix Espargaro ended up the
fastest of the three-day test by
virtue of his 1:54.874 on the final
day on his NGM Forward Mobile
Racing Yamaha; his brother Pol,
meanwhile, ended up with a bro-
ken collarbone after crashing out
with just two laps to go in his race
simulation. The MotoGP rookie
and non-defending Moto2 World
Champion did, however, clock
the second fastest lap of the test
– a lap that was just .033 of a
second behind Aleix.
Aleix Espargaro's best lap on
the "Open" class Yamaha was
just .2 of a second off the 2013
