No appeal was filed. 250 EAST The 250 East main was all about Davalos who passed Cianciarulo ear- ly in the race and never looked back from then on out. He'd been in this situation before many times through out his career, but this time he was determined to get the win and held on, putting in 15 near-perfect laps. He took the checkered flag about three seconds ahead of Cianciarulo, who was always right there, waiting for a mistake that never came. "I don't know what to say, I really can't believe it," Davalos said. "I've been fighting for this for a long time and it is a big relief to finally get it done." CIANCIARULO REBOUNDS Unlike last week's mistake-free race, Cianciarulo rebounded from a couple of big mistakes in Georgia to land an impressive second in the 250 East main. He crashed twice in his heat race, sending him to the LCQ, which he won. In the main, Cianciarulo grabbed the lead after nailing the holeshot from the far outside, but then he cased it on a rhythm section, which allowed Davalos to go around. "It was the same thing that hap- pened in the heat race - I cased it, and that's where Martin got me," said Cianciarulo. "After that, I made a another stupid move…my first rookie mistake.
