James Stewart talks about his second-place finish at the Oakland
Supercross and his start to the 2014 Supercross Season

A
t the Oakland Supercross,
James Stewart seemed to
be finally over a cold/flu
that has been nagging him for the
past few weeks; an illness that he
says has kept him from reaching
his full potential. With the sniffles
and congestion pretty much behind him now, Stewart said that
his performance in Oakland was
one of his best in quite a while.
Even though the Yoshimura Suzuki rider also finished second
at Anaheim II two weeks ago, he
had to push through his illness
and really wasn't himself, unlike
how he felt at the Oakland O.co
Coliseum.
After the race, Stewart opened
up.
"I think I rode pretty good compared to Anaheim," said Stewart.
