The World Superbike Championship returns to Europe
and heads to the Magny-Cours Circuit in central
France. Both of championship contenders – Sylvain
Guintoli and Tom Sykes – split wins there last year and
this year the two look to be taking the title chase to the
wire as the series reaches its penultimate round.

The Countdown To The Championship reaches its
fourth round at the Maple Grove Speedway with the
championship chase over halfway over once they get
through the Pennsylvania round. What a difference
a year makes as Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson's
Eddie Krawiec beat his teammate Andrew Hines in
the final at last year's event at Maple Grove. This year
they come in with just one win apiece and Hines isn't
even in the hunt for the title.
