Bach was second off the start
and would pass Steven Squire
for the lead before heading into
the woods for the first time. From
there, he would lead all six laps
of the race.
"I had a pretty good jump off
the start," Bach said. "I pushed
really hard the first lap and I started dropping the hammer about
half way through the race. It was
fun and I just tried to have a good
riding technique and tried to stay
on top of the deep stuff."

"I'm kind of used to coming
from the back," Bonneur said.
Witkowski got a midpack start
and began picking off riders as

ay Sallstrom took the Unlimited Class win at round seven
of the AMA Pro Hillclimb Series in
Jefferson, Pennsylvania, on September 29 with Phil Libhart taking
victory in the Xtreme class while
posting the day's fastest time in all
front. By the end of lap one, Witkowski made it up to fourth place
and by lap four he was running
second before dropping back to
third on the final lap.
Suzuki rider Chris Douglas
and Yamaha pilot Austin Lee
rounded out the top five.
