top three and in the hunt for a podium finish.

eventually joined the leaders,
as the top four began to put distance between themselves and
the rest of the field. At this point,
it was anyone's guess as to who
would break out or back off. For
Duvall, however, a mechanical
issue forced him to make an extended pit stop, costing him valuable time. Soon, however, he
was back on the track and would
soon be locked in a battle for the
third position with Ashburn.
Out front, it was a game of who
could make the least amount of
mistakes. Russell would eventually pass Mullins and ride flawlessly the rest of the way. He
went on to take the win about 45
seconds ahead of Mullins, who
had to make a quick pit stop two
laps from the end.
