he 2013 Monster Energy FIM
Motocross of Nations will be
aired on CBS Sports Network
in both the U.S. and Canada on
Sunday, September 29 at 3 p.m.
(Eastern), according to Youthstream, the promoters of the
event.
CBS Sports Network will
showcase the "Olympics of Motocross" with a full three-hour
show that will feature the event's
main races in their entirety,
Youthstream says.
The 67th running of the nations-against-nations competition will be held in Teutschenthal,
Germany with all eyes on frontrunner Team USA and its team of
Ryan Dungey, Justin Barcia and
Eli Tomac. Team USA, which has
won the event 22 times, will compete against the best riders from
The Motocross of Nations will air in the U.S. on the CBS Sports Network.

YOUNG SET FOR
LAGUNA WORLD SUPERBIKE

Americans in the U.S. round of
the World Superbike Championship at Mazda Raceway Laguna
Seca, it has now been confirmed
that there will be three – Blake
Young, Roger Lee Hayden and
Danny Eslick.
Young will replace the injured
Leon Camier on the Fixi Crescent
Suzuki GSX-R1000; and Hayden
and Eslick will ride their Michael
Jordan Motorsports Suzukis in
the event that gets started on Friday in Monterey, California.
Young, who has been mostly
idle in 2013 other than the three
U.S. MotoGP wild card rides with
the Attack Racing CRT bike, will
be reunited with the GSX-R1000
– the motorcycle he's had the
most success with in his career. Let's not forget that Young
finished second in the AMA Superbike Championship to Josh
Hayes in 2011 and 2012 before
being replaced on the Yoshimura
Suzuki team by Martin Cardenas for 2013. Yoshimura, however, was a key player in helping
