"The whole [track] would have
been really good if we had some
quality dirt," Villopoto said. "It's
sometimes tough to get some really good dirt, and that's the problem with this place."
It was a great season for Villopoto, winning the Supercross title
and then following it up with the
outdoor title, but it wasn't without
its struggle early on. At the outdoor season's halfway point, he
and Dungey both had three wins.
At one point, he'd lost two races
in a row to Dungey and was behind in the points. His worst finish was fifth, which was at Spring
Creek, but he also had a "bad"
race at Budd's Creek.

running and change it to make

have behind me, we were actually able to do that both times and
turn the ship and go in the right
