THE ULTIMATE SUMMER VACATION S ixteen-year-old motocrosser Jarek Balkovic is having a summer vacation he won't soon forget. After competing in the Schoolboy class at Loretta Lynn's, he and his family boarded a plane for the Czech Republic to compete in the FIM Junior World Championships and ended up being a member of the winning USA Team. After the race, the Cernicsbacked racer was approached by Team Yamaha and was asked if he'd like to stay an- other week and compete in the FIM EMX125 class at the Belgian Grand Prix, August 1718. Of course, he said yes, so he stayed in Europe while his family returned home to Pennsylvania. Balkovic then traveled with the Team Yamaha truck drivers to Belgium. He tested with the team for a couple days before competing in the EMX125 class and finishing 13th. So, what did you do this summer?
