Trey Canard
Joins Fox
Racing
A
fter spending the last 15
years in Fly Racing threads,
Trey Canard makes the switch to
Fox Racing. Cycle News spot-
ted the Honda HRC test rider at
Glen Helen Raceway last week
shaking down the race-spec
2027 Honda CRF250RWE in his
new kit. He's expected to help
the brand with development and
durability testing.
Canard, the former 250 Super-
cross and 250 Pro Motocross
champion, is technically return-
ing to Fox gear. He previously
raced in No Fear gear during his
rookie season in 2008 when he
won the 250SX East Champion-
ship over Ryan Villopoto. The
then-named Torco Honda team
switched to Fox Racing gear in
2009, when the team officially
became Geico Honda. Canard
later won the 2010 250 Pro Mo-
tocross title in Fox gear before
switching to Fly Racing in 2011
for his full-time 450 debut. He
remained with Fly Racing and
the WPS group for the duration
of his 450 career. We have yet to
hear any formal announcement
from Fox or Canard regarding
the new partnership.

Trey Canard
switches over to Fox
after spending the
last 15 years with
Fly Racing.
Michael Mosiman
is joining the Quad
Lock Honda team
for 2027.
"I've watched this team grow
and build momentum over the
years," Mosiman said. "They've
won races in the 250 class and
achieved podiums in the 450
class. They seem to have their
riders' backs and do everything
in their power to help them
achieve their goals. I want to
reach my potential and see how
good I can become as an ath-
lete. I pushed to be a part of this
program because I believe this is
a place where I can progress my
skills, develop the motorcycle,
and put myself in a position to
fight for championships. Kevin
Windham's involvement was a
big part of that decision, and I'm
excited about what we can ac-
complish together."
