Yamaha's Mathew Scholtz by
0.015 of a second, dropping
him to sixth.
PJ Jacobsen (Rahal Ducati
Moto with Xpel) finished sev-
enth ahead of JD Beach (At-
tack Performance Progressive
Yamaha Racing), Hayden Gillim
(Real Steel Honda) and Brandon
Paasch (M4 Ecstar Suzuki).
Race two delivered one of the
season's most intense battles,
as unpredictable track condi-
tions added to the drama. With
five laps remaining, five riders—
Scholtz, Fong, Beach, Kelly and
Jacobsen—were separated by
less than a second, all pushing
to the limit.
Scholtz led much of the
late running, but Fong made a
decisive pass for the lead with
one lap remaining. He held off
the charging pack through the
final turns to claim his second
win of the day and sixth of the
2026 season. In a sprint to the
line, Beach edged Scholtz by
0.159 of a second for second
in their private battle for third in
the championship, 0.443 of a
second behind Fong, completing
a 1-2-3 Yamaha podium sweep.
Kelly finished race two in a
crucial fourth, the points gap
now a winner-take-all two points
heading into Sunday's final race
three.

"I had a great start. From the start, I
just managed my gap," Gouker said. "I
tried to stretch it out to around two and
a half to three seconds. From there,
towards the end I started slowing the
pace down because if I threw it down
the road, Dale wouldn't be very happy.
