Across the world, Bonneville is
known as the place you come to if
you want to go really, really, fast.
It's where salty speed dreams
either come true or shatter, some-
times fatally.
It's not a place where you'll see
huge grandstands, electronically
controlled pit access passes, or
multi-million-dollar prototypes
built by the world's leading
manufacturers. However, you will
see teams of grafting engineers,
(Above) Guido (right), Richard (center)
and Jojo (left) get ready to bring the
naked WTF to the start line. A further
technical problem meant no good data
was collected on this run. (Left) Tech
inspection is always a nervous time.
There were a couple of things the team
had to sort out, including a rear light,
but they got through eventually.
