saki) won the Superpole qualify-
ing plaudits and then went on
to—temporarily—win WorldSBP
race one. He had exceeded
the track limits, so he finished
second, behind first-time race
winner Fenton Seabright (PHR
Performance Triumph).
Third was another Kawasaki
rider: Salvador's teammate An-
tonio Torres.
In race two, Torres would
retire with a tech issue, but
Kawasaki would win anyway,
as race-one fourth-place rider
Xavi Artigas (MTM Kawasaki)
headed off Aussie battler Carter
Thompson (Team BrCorse
Fenton Seabright (73) may not have crossed the WorldSPB finishing
line first but still took a race-one win on penalties.
