race pace. We tried some stuff
in the Superpole race, but I felt
that it was not 100 percent help-
ing me. We got it all sorted out
in race two, so I felt I had a good
final race. I was able to push
and be as close as I could to
the front. We got two top 10s in
France, which is not bad."
The final race was called after
lap 19, as Bridewell's Ducati hit
and hurt another airfence at the
Lycee Complex.
In the championship points,
Bulega now has 553 and Lecu-
ona 407. That's enough of a
gap—146 points—for Bulega to
be openly talking about hopeful-
ly winning the championship at
the next round, on home ground
for him, his team and his true
masterpiece of a motorcycle.
Twenty-six wins from 27 goes
will eventually do that to a man.
"I'm very happy with this hat-
trick," Bulega said. "I've never
hidden the fact that this isn't
one of my favorite circuits, so
